The School Audiometrist Certificate
This certificate authorizes public school personnel to administer hearing
testing. The certificate is offered through the State Department of Health
Services.
Course Requirements for the Certificate: 6 units
The following courses, or their approved transfer equivalents, are required
of all candidates for this certificate.
2 courses required:
CMSD 162 Anatomy and Physiology of Speech 3.0 FA
CMSD 240 Audiology 3.0 FA
Prerequisites: CMSD 162, CMSD 163.
