Nature is trying very hard to make us succeed, but nature does not depend upon us.

Student Housing Project

Residence Hall and Dining Complex will create a living/learning village.

An expansion of on-campus housing will soon rise adjacent to venerable Whitney Hall. Phase One–Student Housing Expansion includes a 24,000 square foot ground level dining commons. Wrapping around and above are 200 residence beds configured in a cluster format. Generous space is designated for a living/learning center, student recreation, shared kitchens, and faculty/staff in-residence accommodations.

This innovative project will add highly desirable on-campus residential inventory. Current demand for campus housing far exceeds supply. As the University accepts more first year students, a variety of campus housing formats are necessary to attract young scholars.
