Business and Industry Assistance Program (BIAP)
The Business & Industry Assistance Program (BIAP) was created in 1999 to provide concentrated assistance to small businesses. The BIAP’s mission is to encourage infrastructure and community development that will provide regional economies with the skilled labor necessary to attract, develop, and retain businesses, commerce, and individuals. Our program enhances the quality of life in the communities we serve through targeted economic development assistance to new and existing businesses resulting in job creation and the expansion of business.
More specifically, BIAP provides industry analysis for local businesses and communities as well as technical assistance to any businesses of any size. We can assist you in large or small projects, such as market analysis, feasibility studies, obtaining competitive information, and customer demographics.
