Chico State Celebrates 125 Years With an Historic Photo Shoot

On Aug. 24, more than 1,800 students, faculty, staff, and alumni assembled to commemorate Chico State’s quasquicentennial, or 125th anniversary, with a photo shoot. Part of a yearlong celebration, this moment became more than a tribute to the University’s storied past. It was an unprecedented gathering of people who love Chico State—exuberant first-year students, dedicated faculty and staff, and alumni marking their 50th reunion. It exemplified the Chico Experience.
