Alumni Information Form

The Child Development Program prides itself on the success of its graduates. Use this form if you are a CSU, Chico CD graduate (major or minor) to inform us of your education, career, and life paths since your graduation. Your submission will aid future and current majors and minors learn about the wealth of opportunities that CD alumni are are afforded with a degree in child development.

Be sure to indicate whether you are a new addition to our alumni focus, or if you are adding to or changing your current information. Don't forget to indicate any additional major(s) or minor(s) you may have completed along with your CD degree. The information you submit will be posted on the Alumni Focus Web site as well as in a flyer and a photo album located in the program office. You may be contacted and asked to send a current photo for the photo album. Remember, to visit the Alumni Focus page often to keep abreast of fellow alumni's accomplishments!
