California Indian Conference

California Indian Conference

The California Indian Conference provides a forum for the sharing of knowledge, scholarship, and issues of importance related to Native California. The conference brings together California Indians, academics, tribal scholars, educators and students, public agencies and institutions, tribal communities and organizations, and the general public.

Thanks to the generosity of the Northeast Center of the California Historical Resources Information System (NEIC), CSU Chico Department of Anthropology, College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, and campus Web Services for hosting the California Indian Conference website.

This will serve as the permanent website for the California Indian Conference and will provide background information on past conferences as well as a link to current year and/or future conferences.
