Graduate Degree: Program Admission Checklist

The five items below must be sent to:

- Graduate Application for Admission
- Check for $55
- Three official transcripts from all accredited postsecondary institutions attended (junior colleges and universities).
- Residency Questionnaire
- Test Scores for the Graduate Record Exam (GRE). Test scores must be sent directly from the testing agency to the Graduate School prior to March 1st. Allow at least six weeks for processing.

- Resume: Your name, address, phone, and e-mail address.
- Three department evaluation forms. At least one form must be from a professor/instructor who is familiar with the quality of your work
- A letter of intent which addresses
A. Your reason for applying
B. Your professional goals
C. Your research interests - A photocopy of your scores from the GRE
- The GPA from your last 30 and 60 semester units
