Assessment Plan

The faculty believe that it is very important to be flexible in what SLOs we evaluate year to year in order to best respond to accreditation standards, changes in those standards, and immediate program improvement needs. Therefore, we do not have a designated multi-year assessment plan. Instead, we determine our upcoming year’s plan either at the end of the academic year or the beginning of the next, after undergraduate and graduate assessment reports are completed, national PRAXIS exam results and employment trends have been evaluated, and conferences have been attended that address changes to accreditation standards or trends in the field.
