Summer 2007 Registration Fees

Non-resident Tuition:   $339.00/Unit in addition to registration fees.

Billing Statements will NOT be mailed prior to the Fee Payment Deadline. A Fee Payment Deadline notification postcard will be mailed to the student's billing, permanent or local address approximately 1 month before the due date.

Students who have email accounts that do not accept emails from unknown senders should be sure to add cash@csuchico.edu to your address book so our emails to you will not be rejected.

If you are attending under a special fee waiver program and have completed all application and elgibility requirements as of the Fee Payment Deadline Date, please pay according to the following schedule instead of the registration fee amounts listed above.

Fall 2007 Fee Waivers

 If you are attending under a special fee waiver program and have completed all application and eligibility requirements as of the Fee Payment Deadline Date, please pay according to the following schedule instead of the registration fee amounts listed above. Waivers will be posted to your student account starting July 1, 2007 as the information is received.

Non-Resident Tuition

 In addition to the registration fee indicated above, non-resident students must pay tuition at an additional $339 for each unit taken during the semester.  Registration fees must be paid by the Registration Fee Payment Deadline to avoid late fees, holds on the student account, or disenrollment for non-payment. Non-resident tuition ($339 per unit) is due the 2^nd Friday of classes (end of Add/Drop Period). Non-resident students need to pay in full or complete a Non-Resident Tuition Payment Contract by this date to avoid disenrollment.

Third Party Billings

 Student Financial Services will defer payment for most sponsored students and will bill an external agency for registration fees, non-resident tuition, and course fees.  Students must submit an Authorization to Bill, Letter of Sponsorship, Purchase Order, etc. to Student Financial Services by the Registration Fee Payment Deadline for each semester.  Agencies are then invoiced immediately following the Add/Drop Period (third week of classes).  In the event an agency has not paid all fees by the 10^th week of any semester, the student becomes responsible for those charges and is not able to enroll in classes for a new semester until previous semester charges are paid in full by either the agency or the student.  Students are financially responsible for any fees charged to their account due to added classes, etc., after the agency bill has been mailed.

Financial Aid Students (Fall and Spring Only)

Financial Aid Students: Pay the difference between your anticipated aid and the Registration Fee listed for the total number of units in which you intend to register by the Registration Fee Payment Deadline to confirm your registration and allow you to add additional classes during the Course Add/Drop Period. If you have no anticipated aid as of the Fee Payment Deadline, you need to pay fees as for Non-Financial Aid Students.
