AA/S Subject Matter Expert (SME) Group
The AA/S Subject Matter Expert (SME) Group was initiated by the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to facilitate communication regarding CMS-HR related issues. The group was expanded to include representatives from the Student Administration and Financial modules of CMS. Representatives from each area attend the meeting. It is an opportunity to discuss issues, current processes, future functionality and ongoing system upgrades. This group has been crucial in the successful utilization of the CMS system on our campus. The group meets bi-monthly and is faciliatated by the HRIS analyst. Minutes are generated and dispersed to all group members in order to keep everyone informed on discussion items from each meeting.
