Math Happy Hour

The Mathematics Education faculty and Liberal Studies Program invite you -- and your Liberal Studies friends to the Math Happy Hours!

What is it?

It's a math party! CSUC students who plan to be teachers gather to engage in mathematics activities just for the fun of it.  There will be food, games, prizes, and tips and strategies to help you overcome concerns about mathematics.

Why attend?

If you have ever felt anxious about learning or teaching math, then Math Happy Hour is meant for you!  You will have the opportunity to get some great insight on teaching strategies in a very friendly and low-key environment.  Bring along friends who are also math-anxious.  If you have NO math anxiety, then you are also an important part of the group - come join us!
