Building Bridges:
North State Learning Communities for Science Education

This three year program is a California Math/Science Partnership grant. There is a parallel program in math, Mathematics Professional Learning Community.

This Building Bridges program is open to teachers in public or private schools in Chico Unified, Feather Falls, and Durham School Districts, teaching 5th - 8th grades. This three year program will focus on fundamental concepts in physical science that serve as a foundation for physics, chemistry and nutrition.
