Curriculum Vita
Cindy Wolff began her higher education career at CSUC as a Biology major in 1971. She has taught in the Nutrition and Food Sciences Program since 1984 and has achievements, recognitions, and contributions that include the following:
- Created the CSU, Chico Center for Nutrition and Activity Promotion (CNAP) and the grant funded programs comprising the center:
- OPT for Fit Kids
- Sierra Cascade Nutrition and Activity Consortium
- StepFit (Pedometer Walking Program)
- Evaluation Services
- Obtained $12 million in grants and contracts since 2001
- Received the Chico Professional Achievement Honors Award (2003), and the CSUC Research Foundation, Outstanding Project Director (2003).
- Co-presented collaborative graduate and undergraduate research findings via publication in refereed journals or presentation at professional conferences for over 70 CSUC students since 2000.
- Published 15 research articles in refereed journal
