Harvest of the Month

This program is designed to increase enjoyment and consumption of fruits and vegetables. To motivate students to make healthful choices, they are provided opportunity to taste and explore the featured fruit or vegetable of the month during class and lunch. Each month, participating teachers and librarians receive food-themed books in order to present stories to the students during their tasting adventure.
