Teaching/Research
Since joining the CSU, Chico faculty in 2005, Dr. Chiang has taught a variety of classes in accounting, including Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting. She has amassed over 20 years of experience in accounting and management and has demonstrated planning, forecasting, and management abilities in diverse economic conditions. Dr. Chiang is also a successful small-business owner and consultant, and the co-author (along with Chiang, D. and Paulraj, A.) of“Service Quality, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction and Purchase Intentions: An Empirical Assessment,” published in the California Journal of Operations Management.
