Teaching/Research
Mr. Kromer joined the CSU, Chico business faculty in 2002. He teaches several courses in management, including Survey of Management, International Management, Leadership, and Assessing New Business Opportunities. He also supervises approximately two dozen Management Department internships throughout California. Before joining the business faculty at CSU, Chico, Mr. Kromer amassed extensive corporate and consulting experience—primarily in the areas of pharmaceutical, biotech, and high-tech. His experience includes eight years of offshore operations in Asia, Latin America, and Europe. His research interests include leadership and emerging organizations. He is the founder of California Kids to Kids, a nonprofit educational development corporation.
