Business Student Organization Field-Day Challenge Winners Phi Chi Theta

Phi Chi Theta (PCT), winners of the Business Student Organization Field Day Challenge 2016

Joining a student organization in the College of Business is the perfect way to make friends who share your interests, develop professionally through contact with executive guest speakers, and grow your leadership skills. Our organizations span all business interests and welcome students from every major. Many offer the opportunity to compete on campus, regionally, nationally, and even globally.

If you become an officer, your opportunities for growth are even greater, including the Student Leadership Council that meets with the Dean. You can even represent the College of Business on the new Student Academic Senate sponsored by Associated Students.

Being an active, engaged club member is a great way to build your resume. Recruiters are often looking for students that have taken on leadership positions in clubs and organizations.

Most organizations have regular meetings where members brainstorm and coordinate community service projects, fundraising, professional development activities, and social events.
