Information Assurance Program
The CSU, Chico College of Business was recently awarded a certificate issued by the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) as formal recognition that the college’s Management Information Systems program meets CNSS requirements for developing and delivering an information security curriculum that aligns with National Standard 4011 curricula specifications. The 4011 certification is the College of Business’s first step toward earning recognition by the United States National Security Agency (NSA) as a Center of Academic Excellence (CAE). Read More…
Information Assurance Curriculum
The information assurance curriculum is designed to be taken by both MIS and AIS option students and, in some cases, students work jointly on projects that require both an infrastructure component to the more policy and audit trail aspects of assuring that information is of high quality in organizations.
