VESPA and PSEngine
VESPA
Students designed a system modeling tool that provides modeling capability similar to commercial tools such as IThink/Stella® or PowerSim®. VESPA is a shareware tool used in the College of Business’s introductory course in information technology.
PSEngine
Students designed a personal desktop search facility with a shareware desktop search engine providing GoogleŽ-like key word indexing and search capability for user documents. The system allows text extraction from DOC, PDF, RTF, PPT, HTML, and a variety of other file formats.
