September 2009 - New Admin Telecom Billing Web Site

March 2009 - Admin Telecom Billing Web Site Upgrade.

The admin telecom billing website is undergoing an upgrade to a new version.  Currently Communication Account Services is in the testing phase and we plan to rollout the new version in early June.  At that time CASV will be conducting training for anyone new to the system or for those who haven’t accessed the system in some time and need a refresher.  Contact CASV at casvadmin@csuchico.edu to sign up.

November 2009- ITRP 2 Wireless Rollout

Wireless network coverage is in significant demand campus wide, and our current strategy cannot scale to meet the demand. Chico is working with the Chancellor’s Office to determine the ideal rollout customized to suit our specific needs.

We will install an adaptive, supportable wireless infrastructure to cover the majority of the campus state-owned buildings. This infrastructure project will replace existing wireless equipment and expand coverage, while keeping the same service levels during the transition – a transparent rollout to our end-users.
