We can help diagnose trouble on your CASV telephone line. The most common types of trouble are loss of dial tone, and static or noise on the line.We suggest you check your own equipment. A very good test is to unplug all equipment you have connected to your phone jacks. This includes phones, answering machines, computers, and other Internet devices, and any cable connections that run through your phone line. Leave all devices unplugged for 10 minutes and then plug one phone back in (preferably a non-cordless phone). If your service is still not functioning properly, contact the CASV office at x6868.
