Downieville Directions
D'ville the "back way"
-99 south out of Chico
-149 to Oroville (left)
-70 to Oroville (right)
-Exit Oro Dam Blvd. (162) and go left
-Follow this through town, after a few miles the right lane will peel off. Stay right on the "Olive Highway"
-Go up and down a few hills, past the casino
-Turn right on Miners Ranch Road (bottom of the hill)
-Turn left on Oro Bangor Road
-When the road ends turn left (Loma Rica Rd.)
-When road ends turn left on Marysille Road
-Marysville Road turns right where there is a large green building on the corner.
-Stay on Marysville Road past Bullards Bar until it hits Highway 49
-Turn left on 49 towards D'Ville
-Stay on 49 through D'ville and then Sierra City
-At the town of Bassetts turn left (uphill)
-Take you first left after a mile or two
-Take the first right and follow the signs to Packer Saddle campground (on the left)
