  • Email on Acid provides previews of your e-mail in 48 variations of the most popular e-mail clients and mobile devices; plus analysis tools to help identify rendering issues. There is a very small fee, but it is money well spent.
  • Premailer performs some pre-flight, converts CSS inline, makes relative URLs absolute, creates a text version, removes unwanted comments, classes & IDs, and appends tracking code to links.
