Week of March 14, 2016: BbLearn OS Upgrade

During the week of March 14, DLT and ESYS will be working to upgrade BbLearn nodes to use the RHEL 6 operating system.

From Monday to Wednesday. support staff will be taking individual nodes offline (bbapp2a through bbapp7a) to replace them with new RHEL 6 traffic nodes (bbprd2 through bbprd7). These replacements and restarts will be done on a rolling basis, so no downtime is anticipated.

On Thursday, from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM, BbLearn will be taken offline to replace bbapp1a with a new RHEL 6 admin node (bbprd1).
