Using A Winzip Compression Utility
If you are attempting to upload multiple files to a single carousel,
the use of a winzip compression utility will make this task much quicker.
A winzip file is essentially a single file that holds many files. In horizon
live, you can upload one winzip file that encapsulates all of the files you
want in a carousel.
1. Open the winzip utility.
2. Under file choose new archive or press the new button.
3. Give the new winzip file a name then press ok.
4. Next, select the files that you would like to add to your winzip file then press add.
5. After pressing add, you will be able to see your slides in your winzip file. If you want to add additional slides to your winzip file, simply select add under the actions menu or press the add button.
6. Once you have added all of the files that you want in your winzip file, you can upload it to Horizon Live. The steps for uploading a winzip file are the same as uploading any file. If you need assistance uploading your winzip file, the user guide for adding slides to a carousel will assist you.
