Adding Content to an Existing Folder
Horizon Wimba OpenCampus content consists of many files that you may use during your live event. This content can consist of PowerPoint slides, graphic files, web sites, HTML files, Flash, and some video files.

Step 1: Adding Content to an Existing Folder:
Once you are in your Room (class), click the name of the Folder to which you would like to add content. The first time you open a Folder, a message displays telling you the Folder is empty:

If there is content already in the Folder, click the New Content icon. The Add Content page opens. The Add Content page looks the same as the page below:
To Upload Content (New Content) to a Folder
1. Following Step 1 (at top of page), in the Upload New Content field, click Browse . . . to search on your hard drive or a network for the file you would like to add.
Note: Multiple files (excluding PowerPoint presentations) must be zipped using the WinZip compression utility.2. Once you've found the file you wish to upload, click Add.
Note: By default, content is set to display in eBoard. Only PowerPoint slides and image files can display in eBoard. Clear the check box if you do not want the content to display in eBoard.
The new content is uploaded to the Horizon Wimba OpenCampus Server and you are returned to the content list page (see bottom of page).
1. Following Step 1 (at top of page), in the Add a URL field, type a URL address. Note that the website cannot be displayed in eBoard.
2. Click Add New Content. The new content is uploaded to the Horizon Wimba OpenCampus Server and you are returned to the content list page.
Note: When you upload a PowerPoint presentation, each PowerPoint slide is converted to an individual Horizon Wimba OpenCampus file, the slides are numbered, and name of the each PowerPoint slide automatically becomes the name of the OpenCampus files.
The new content is uploaded to the OpenCampus Server and you are returned to the content list page (see bottom of page).
To Create and Add a Polling Question to a Folder
1. Following Step 1 (at top of page), in the Create New Poll field, either choose Multiple Choice, Open Ended, Questionaire, or Bullet List.
Note: The text box to the right of your selected question type produces a description of that type of question.
2. Once a question type is selected, click Create. The Create Polling Questions window opens.
Here you may add whatever question you would like to ask as well as include the answers from which your participants can choose:
2. When finished inputting your question and answers, click the Save Changes button.
The new content is uploaded to the HorizonLive Server and you are returned to the content list page (next section).
For all of the above actions, if the new content is successfully added to the Horizon Wimba OpenCampus Server, you are returned to the contents list page:
Note: To add additional contents (of any type) to a Folder simply repeat any of the above steps for that folder.
