The chat logs from archived classes are automatically saved to the HorizonLive server. A Chat Log lets you view public chat messages by user, and also the activities they performed in class (for example, launching a file in eBoard).
To View Chat Logs
1. Click on the archive you would like to retrieve a chat log from.
2. Then click on the chat log icon located on the right hand side:
The Chat Log opens, listing all the public chat messages that occurred during class in chronological order:
3. If you would like to view the chat messages of a specific participant, select a name from the “Show by User” drop-down list and click Show by User. To return to the full list, select “Show all Users” and click Show by User.
4. If you would like to view the chat messages and actions that occurred during class, click Show Advanced.
5. To return to the short message list for the user, click Hide Advanced at the bottom of the list.
