Chris Prator has been a learning disabilities specialist for DSS since October 2000. Prior to that he worked as a school psychologist with special education programs for students in kindergarten through twelfth grades. He is a licensed educational psychologist and also teaches about issues in mainstreaming and inclusion in the public schools on a part time basis for the Department of Education here at CSU, Chico.
