Lauri Evans has worked at DSS as the support services coordinator since August 1997. She works with students to implement reasonable accommodations in and out of the classroom. Lauri hires and trains educational assistants and test proctors. Lauri also coordinates the conversion of instructional materials into alternate format. Prior to her employment at DSS, she worked as a systems and individual advocate for disability rights from 1992 to 1997. She has a BA in psychology and is currently working on her master's degree in public administration at CSU, Chico. Lauri and her guide dog truly enjoy their time spent here at Chico State.
