Assistant Professor of Education
Dr. Bill Rich brings a 28-year career in private and public schools
serving in teaching and leadership roles at the school and district
central office levels. As a professor, Dr. Rich believes in learning
for leadership and includes students in his research and publications
in the areas of accountability and effective and improving schools
in courses for aspiring and practicing school leaders.
Dr. Rich serves as a consultant in areas such as collective bargaining
and coaching for educational leaders and learning organizations
to further inform his teaching and research. Dr. Rich is an advocate
for democratic practice in schools and social justice for all students,
teachers and community members.
