Safety Concern Reporting

Do you have a question or concern regarding safety.  Please do not hesitate to contact the Department of Environmental Health and Safety at 898-5126 - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  You may also leave a message after hours.

The Department of Environmental Health and Safety also has a confidential/concern phone line, 1-877-TELLEHS (835-5347).  This phone line is another means for CSU, Chico, faculty, staff, and students to voice a health and safety concern on campus.  The caller will be able to leave an anonymous message  and EHS will look into the concern.
