2011 Staff Safety Award

Each year the University issues a Staff Safety Award to a staff member or employee group who goes beyond their regular duties in promoting safety and making the work place safer. 

If you would like to nominate a co-worker/staff member(s), please complete the “Safety Award Nomination Form and Guidelines”.   Please contact the Department of Environmental Health and Safety if you would like a nomination form e-mailed, faxed, or mailed to you or for additional information at extension 5126. 

The deadline for submittals is Friday, April 20, 2012
