EOP Admissions

EOP Admissions provides admissions assistance through the Educational Opportunity Program for students who are historically low-income and educationally disadvantaged. Students may be academically under-prepared or lacking the subject requirements, grades, or test scores normally required for college attendance, but have demonstrated the potential for academic success. All freshman EOP applicants are automatically considered for the Freshman Year Experience.

PLEASE NOTE: We highly encourage all interested students to apply to EOP online at the CSUMentor Web site.  The process is simple and is completed and submitted online.  You can even have your recommendations filled out online on your behalf.  Simply provide the e-mail addresses for two people who have agreed to recommend you to our program and they will receive an e-mail directing them to a customized recommendation form for you.

If you choose to submit a paper application, you can find and print the application at: www.csumentor.edu/planning/PDFs/EOPBooklet.pdf .  If you are not able to access the EOP application online, please contact our office so that we can find an alternate means for you to obtain it.
