Office Hours
We are a multilingual office and have staff who speak Hmong, Pohnpeian and Spanish.
Phone Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM.
Lobby Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.
We are temporarily closed on Wednesdays for financial aid processing and FAFSA Simplification transition.
Appointments
Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
Financial Aid advisors are available for appointments in person or by phone or zoom to help you with special problems, technical questions, appeals, budgeting, and general financial aid inquiries. Appointments are available by calling 530-898-6451. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel so we can open up the appointment slot for another student.
