Consortium Agreements
Continuing students at CSU, Chico may receive financial aid for courses taken at another eligible campus if the courses apply toward their degree at CSU, Chico (home campus). To have these units count toward full-time status for award eligibility, CSU, Chico financial aid students must be approved by the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office prior to the start of the term for which they are receiving financial aid. Students should provide our office with the name of the consortium institution as well as the title and course number of the classes for which they are requesting funding. A registration printout will suffice. Students may also wish to make an appointment with an advisor and bring their enrollment information to verify their eligibility.
Consortium Agreement Guidelines
- A student must maintain enrollment in at least six units of eligible coursework at CSU, Chico, for the semester for which they are requesting consortium agreement funding. Enrollment must be verifiable by University Census.
- The student must provide proof of completion of courses taken by consortium agreement by submitting an official transcript to the CSU, Chico Student Records Office, immediately after completion of the term.
