Student Loans and Past Due Accounts

The Collection Representatives in Student Loans and Past Due Accounts are available to help you manage your educational debts. They can assist you with your Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Direct Stafford/Ford Loan, Short Term Loan, and Past Due Account owed to the university for prior terms.

If you withdraw, transfer, graduate, or decide not to return for the up-coming term, you must contact a Collection Representative to schedule an Exit Interview for your Perkins, Direct, and Stafford student loans.  You may also contact a Collection Representative to make repayment arrangements for any outstanding Short Term Loan or Past Due Account.

The Collection Representative to contact is determined by the first letter of your last name.  See below.
