Re-registration

IMPORTANT: It is essential that student organizations re-register at the start of the school year, you must have an elected a president and treasurer to complete this procedure.

Why?:


  • Re-registration keeps us recognized as an official Chico State student organization and keeps us elligible to recieve student organization benfits.
  • Helps Student Activities determine who is active or non-active.
  • Updates contact information of officers on the school's student organization website.

Step 1:

Fill out the "University Recognized Student Organization Registration Form".

You can print the form from the link provided: Registration Form

or you can pick it up at the Student Activities Office, located in room 213 on the 2nd floor of the BMU.

Step 2:

Fill out required information on the form.

*All Officers listed on the form will have the authority to reserve rooms and tables for the organization

Step 3:

Turn in completed registration form to the Student Activities Office
