Reserving Rooms

This can be used for reserving a room for weekly meetings and single events. When reserving a room for weekly meetings for the entire semester, be sure to reserve during the first 2 weeks of every semester. Room reservations for single events must be done one week ahead of time

Step 1:

Go to Student Activities office room 213, located on the 2nd floor of the BMU.

Step 2:

Provide the time and date of when you want to have the room reserved.

*If reserving room for regular meetings, request for a semester reservation

Request for room with listed criteria:

  • Smart room
  • Seats up to 30

Step 3:

Wait for e-mail/phone notification confirming room reservation
