Chartfield Listing: Users can view valid chartfields if a more detailed accounting of expenditures is desired. Includes capital project and income account chartfields. The following is an explanation of the various tabs and information provided:

• NEW! Equipment Accounts: Effective May 10, 2005, new accounts must be used for equipment purchases. Click link for new account number descriptions and a flowchart to help you select the correct account.
• Revenue Account Chartfields: Provides a current list of revenue account chartfields.
• Expenditure Account Chartfields: Provides a current list of expenditure account chartfields.
• Fund Chartfields: Provides current list of active fund chartfields.
• Class Chartfields: A current listing of available class chartfields that provide added detail to the chartfield string by further breaking down the Account Chartfield.
• Revenue Accts with Object Codes: Provides revenue accounts with FIRMS Object Codes. FIRMS object codes are for your informaiton only and reflect how our revenue accounts are reported to the Chancellor’s Office.
• Expenditure Accts with Object Codes: Provides expenditure accounts with FIRMS Object Codes. FIRMS object codes are for your informaiton only and reflect how our expenditure accounts are reported to the Chancellor’s Office.
• Program Chartfields: Provides current list of active program chartfields and description.
• Project Chartfieds: Provides current list of active project chartfields and description.
• DeptID: Provides current list of active DeptIDs.
