Mission

The purpose of the Finance Club is to explore the finance industry through interaction with those in the finance industry; to expose students to the different aspects of the finance industry; and to enrich the finance degree program by encouraging stimulating discussion of finance topics beyond the classroom.

      Meetings are held Mondays in Glenn 112 at 7pm

What can the Finance Club offer its members?

  • 1 unit of elective credit
  • Participation in the creation and management of a Stock Portfolio (real money)
  • Chance to hear a wide variety of accomplished speakers
  • Networking with fellow students and alumni
  • Finance Study Group (to be determined)
  • Resume building

  • Annual trip to San Francisco
  • Potential to be a Club Officer



How to Join

Simply come to our meetings. Meetings are tentatively scheduled for Mondays at 7:00 p.m. in Glenn 112. There is a $30 fee for those wishing to be active members. Contact Jonathan Shore, club president, at jonathan.n.shore@gmail.com for additional information.
