Just like eating, there's no one-size-fits-all approach to becoming more active. Our physical activity mentors are pros at helping you increase your activity in a painless fashion. They'll help you develop a routine you can finally stick to!

By signing up for FitU, you're signing up to receive 8 individual sessions with a peer mentor. Four of those sessions will be with a trained nutrition counselor and 4 will be with a trained physical activity counselor. These 8 sessions are scheduled based on your availability and spread throughout the semester.
During the 8 sessions, your nutrition and physical activity peer mentors work with you to achieve your individual health goals. Our primary goal at FitU is to guide you in developing a healthy relationship with food and fitness, while learning to love the skin you're in.
