Miriam Library Reserve Computers

As the Multimedia Language Learning Center (Taylor 207) has no open hours, I have installed some of the software onto the two reserve computers in Miriam Library. When you enter the lab, these 3 reserve computers (1 MAC and 2 PCs) are straight ahead. Just ask a lab attendant and they will point them out to you. I have put the software on the 2 PCs.

Just like in Taylor 207, when you are using the CD-ROMs that come with your book, you must have your CD-ROM with you to work with software. If you have forgotten your CD-ROM or didn't receive one when you purchased the book, you can check out the CD-ROM (Mosaicos or Portes ouvertes) from the reserve counter and use it in the library. The following software has been placed on these reserve computers:

  1. Oggi in italia
  2. Portes ouvertes
  3. Mosaicos
  4. 3D Keyboard
  5. Foreign Language Characters Text File (This file explains how to enter foreign language characters into a document when using a PC).

If you would like other foreign language software installed on these reserve computers, please let Cindy (the MLLC Director) or your instructor know!
