Professor Bill was born in Upstate New York, but
has lived almost 30 years in Chico. He received
his B. A. Degree in Spanish from Cal State, Chico
in 1985. Before teaching at Chico State, Professor
Bill worked as a Bilingual Resource Teacher in
local area primary and secondary schools for
several years. He has also lived and traveled
in
Mexico and Costa Rica where he taught English.
Previous to becoming a teacher, Professor Bill
worked as a carpenter and musician. Currently,
besides teaching lower division Spanish classes,
Professor Bill is pursuing a Master's degree in
Applied Linguistics at CSU, Chico.
