This year event will be dedicated to the demise Faculty  from CSUC: Especially to Dr. Steve Rivas, Children and Women who have died victims of domestic violence, also honoring the memory of our formal A.S. President,  Armando Sánchez. 

 

The CSUC, Spanish Program, and Latino organizations on Campus: LTA, LSG, NAK, CDSA, RZA, UKD, LTC, EGC, MEChA, SELAC and other student organizations on campus are glad to announce the upcoming celebration of Día de los Muertos on November 1st, at the Free Speech Area, Trinity Hall 100, and BMU 100.  This announcement is to invite faculty, staff, students and the community from Chico to participate and attend this event.  Anyone who would like to participate, please stop by Trinity Hall 147.  The cultural program will include music, drama, and poetry. Chocolate and pan  dulce will be free and served after the program. We will have an activity for kids during the morning Making Calaveras de dulce and a presentation by the Colombian Storyteller, Jaime Riascos. For more information contact Dr. María R.
