Interior Painting
Facilities Management and Services provides repainting on a 12/8 year cycle; once every 12 years for all classrooms and offices and once every 8 years in public areas: bathrooms, foyers, stairwells and hallways. Departments have the option of paying to have a room or area painted off-cycle. For off-cycle painting please complete a non-emergency service request(opens in new window) for estimation. Departments must provide the appropriate approvals and billing information prior to work being scheduled and performed.
All paint colors shall be selected from the approved Campus Color Palette, which will be provided to you upon your request. Additional fees apply when selecting multiple colors.
Painting estimates will include all labor and materials necessary to repair minor blemishes, preparation of wall surfaces, and application of one or two coats of latex paint depending on coverage requirements.
