Outstanding Academic Adviser - Zanja Yudell


Philosophy professor Zanja Yudell joined the CSU, Chico faculty in 2005 and has served as advisor for the Honors Program for eight years. He also serves as thesis advisor for honors students in concert with the discipline-based faculty mentors and serves as the faculty mentor for honors students while living in Konkow Hall.

In addition to his role as honors advisor, Yudell advises students in the Department of Philosophy. He has been a judge for the CSU, Chico Student Research Competition and has served on the Honors Program's scholarship and redesign committees.

Yudell holds master's and doctorate degrees in philosophy from Columbia University.
