Service Learning Placement Committee

Appointment:

1. One faculty member appointed annually by the EC of the Academic Senate, in consultation wit the Provost.   Faculty member should be well-versed I the practice of service learning.
2. One student appointed annually by the AS President
3. One community partner, selected annually by the Committee

Dean of Undergraduate Education (serves as Committee Chair)
CSUC Risk Manager
AS Risk Manager
Co-Coordinators of Service Learning
Dir. of Procurement and Contract Services

Appointment: Annually

When: Spring

Term: One Year

Duties: Establish a means whereby risk can be managed relative to service-learning placements in the community without impeding the academic mission of CSU, Chico.
