Epsilon Sigma Rho

Epsilon Sigma Rho Multicultural Fraternity Incorporated was founded on March 2, 1986 at California State University of Sacramento. We are the first multicultural fraternity in the nation, as well as the only multicultural fraternity at California State University of Chico. Our three pillars that we believe in are education, strength, and respect. We want to make sure that all our brothers graduate and achieve goals that will propels them to greater things in life. Our greatest strength is the differences that are among our brotherhood. We may come from different nationalities, ethnicities, backgrounds and all walks of life, but we all come together to form a strong bond in sharing our letters and our experiences. We hold a strong belief in that you should treat and respect others in the way you that you would like to be treated and respected. As a result, Epsilon Sigma Rho does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, creed, nationality, language, physical disability, mental disability, veteran status, physical appearance, occupation, socioeconomic status, or culture.  Our philanthropy is prostate cancer; at the end of every semester a percentage of our fraternity funds are donated to various prostate cancer charities. What sets us separately from all of the fraternities on campus is that the principle that we were built on, and continue to uphold, is that everyone is equal no matter what race, color, religious beliefs, or creed.
