Geography Club

Mission Statement:

The Geography and Planning Club is a student organization that provides an environment for both academic opportunities and collegial rapport among geography students. Members are united by the beliefs that they have the ability to change the relationship between human societies and the physical world.

Events

The Geography and Planning Club meets every other Monday at 5:30 p.m. in Butte 503.

T-Shirts

The Geography Club created t-shirts, sweatshirts, and zip-up hoodies, as part of a final spring 2010 semester activity. The front logo is a tree with an urban grid growing out of its roots, and the back is a map showing the city of Chico, with emphasis on Chico State. Those still interested in buying a t-shirt or hoodie can ask geography club members about extras or the possibility of an individual order. T-shirts are $15 and hoodies are $25.
