Your graduation from California State University, Chico is the culmination of years of hard work, which will be recognized as you walk across the stage during the commencement ceremony and receive congratulations from your college dean, university officers, and faculty.
To ensure that you will not miss sharing this important event with your classmates, families, and others who have helped you achieve your goal, please note the following information. Please read it carefully. If you have any questions, consult the offices listed at the bottom of page four.

Participation in the Commencement Ceremony
The Commencement for Master's Graduates
The commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, May 23, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. in Laxson Auditorium. All summer and fall 2007 and spring 2008 master's graduates are invited to participate in this celebration of their academic achievement.
Participation in the Commencement Ceremony
A commencement information packet will be mailed to all qualified candidates and will include a ceremony reservation card for graduates, photo information, and a disabled student services information card. Please check the contents of the packet carefully. Follow all instructions on the reservation card and remember to put your name and additional information in the spaces provided. The reservation card must be returned to the Graduate School if you wish to participate in the ceremony. Though the final postmark deadline for all reservations is May 5, 2008, we ask that you return the card as soon as possible.
